* Refunds in-full for cancellations or rescheduling done more than 24hrs prior to appointment time.
* Cancellations require 24hr notice to avoid cancellation charge (%50 of consultations cost)
 
* 60-minute consultations are required for visits that occur immediately following any new restaging scans, additional imaging, or any other changes in treatments by your oncologist.
 
* It is encouraged, and most helpful, that your most recent clinical chart, imaging reports, and blood work from your medical oncologist be up-loaded into the patient portal at least 24hrs prior to your appointment
